The property has excellent spa, staff was friendly from the time we checked in to the time we left, anyone we talked to or asked for help was helpful and welcoming. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The free parking and the welcoming treats were great! We would definitely stay here again, next time we visit Plovdiv!

We got free room upgrade upon arrival. So the room was really specious. There was free healthy home made chocolate waiting us in the room. The bed was super comfy. The parking is free and specious as well. There is a beautiful garden in front and at the back of the hotel. The breakfast was amazing. We loved the stream bath and the spa in general.

Maybe the best Hotel in Plovdiv. Clean, accessible and spacious. Rooms are huge, very clean and well maintained. There is on-side parking lot, nice garden with a fountain and a lot of shades where you can relax. Food is great, breakfast buffet is very versatile and fresh. The staff is orientation on details, and in service of the guests. Their spa center is also worth visiting, and very clean and comfortable. They light up candles for us, and made us feel very important and cherished.

The hotel was really nice and very clean. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the rooms were a good size and spotless. Breakfast was enjoyable, and the private free parking was a great bonus.

Very nice and extensive buffet breakfast. The serving time until 10am is too early, but the amazing staff helped us and and we had our full breakfast. The a la carte restaurant is nicely decorated and the food is delicious. The service and the team in general are very kind, smiling and helpful 👏
